You may try DomainDLX.com (http://domaindlx.com). They don't have CDONTS but they do have the ASPEmail component. They also place banners on members pages.

Well I was going to "fill in the blank" for you but .. na .. you hold the caps-lock too much! ;-)

You may also try http://www.dingojunction.com. They have ASP, FTP, ADO, CDONTS, ASPUpload, JMail, FSO etc but "Maximum 10 Members a day" (doesn't make sense to me). They also put banners on member sites.
