A reseller company?

I was wondering if you were to start a web host as a reseller of a bigger host, will you need to register your company (as with the government) as well, and go through all the things that a normal web hosting company does?

If you are accepting people's money and starting a business, it is generally something that people would do, yes.

Wouldn't that depend on the laws and regulations of the country you live in? Seems reasonable. But of course it looks better if someone checks you up.

Register and get a business license is a better way. Besides to accept credit cards payment or have a bank merchant account, you need a business license.
