New Colors...

Well,
I got a load of complaints about the colors of my website, so I decided to finally change the colors. I lightened up the background a bit and darkend up the font, tell me what you think.
Also, I know the Pop-Up code on the Art and Poetry pages isn't working, I'm still trying to figure out whats wrong, if anyone knows please tell me.

You have a good site, but I still suggest changing the font color to something lighter. Like white or something. Your site is readable, but a brighter font color would make it easier on the eyes. Good design though.

Interesting design..I really like your logo...
BUT I cant READ anything on your website because
the background and text colors are simply too dark!
Either lighten the text or background color.

As has already been said, you need to make it more readable. The background is a very neutral "dirty grey" and your text is just a tad darker. I would lighten the text or the background as much as possible.

All things said and done the site looks good.

I noticed a small spelling mistake in the links at the bottom of the page "Writings" should be spelt with only 1 "t". Sorry, as you can probably guess I am an English teacher.

What are you people using for Browser, Monitor Size, Resolution and Bit Color.

The page is no where near grey, it's done in various tones of Purple.

Also, thanks for picking out the spelling mistake there andy.
