I think it would be much better to go with a CPC ad for a company highly targeted to your sites audience. The average revenue per 1000 impressions would be greater. You know your site best and what your visitors would be interested in. Find such cpc advertisers at for instance clickxchange.com. I believe they have some cpm offers aswell. Not sure what those CPM ads pay though...

If you aren't using Google Adsense, then try them out and yes they pay CPC but they show targeted ads to your site content. They do very well for me, and I earn more from them compared to any CPM programme.

They don't have Chinese support. They just put my application on the side.
