I'm still looking for a non-U.S. host for the "political" site that some friends-of-a-friend have dealing with the Skull & Bones Society.
To help them nurture their paranoia, I'd like to find:
- at least 10 Mb space
- at least 100 Mb/mo. bandwidth (more would be nice)
- no ads would be nice, but not essential...banners would be better than popups or popunders
- subdomain URL would be a nice touch, but not vital
- forum of some flavor would be a real bonus, however not essential
