diffrence b'n p4 and xeon

may i know,wats the difference b'n xeon servers and p4 servers,
when i searched managed.com
i saw a lot of difference in prices,
y was so?
plz give me some info abt it.:doh!:

Xeon has extra L3 cache while the P4 doesn't.

Xeon costs $3000++ while P4 costs <$1000

Also, the Xeon supports 36-bit for memory (64GB) but P4 supports only 32-bit (4GB).
