Help! Need ideas!

Hi! I have a free website with 1and1.com that I am going to start up just so I can learn the ropes, etc. My problem is that I just can't come up with a good idea to use the site for. I want something that other people might like to go to (aka not just a family photo site). Any ideas or advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!!!
