Halo Game Server

I'm looking for a low priced Halo PC server for my clan. I want a 16 man public. I'm not exactly sure how much bandwidth it uses.

Thats a post on how to run a dedicated server, and it has some numbers on bandwidth.
128kb upload = 4 players
256kb upload = 6 players
512kb upload = 12 players
756kb upload = 16 players
Halo runs only on windows.
