Hi, i am looking for anyone interested in starting a project up im not sure what it would be but i want to start something up (a site) maybe a fourm or something, i can buy the domain name and web hosting . Please post here ideas and interest in starting a project. Must have design and programming expirience.

There are many nice things you can do. All take lots of effort and hard work to bring to life. Do you want to sponsor these ideas or do you want to partner up ?
I might have some ideas ?
Also who will own the domain ?

I want to partner up , and it will be the sites domain name i pay for it though so i own it.

I would have some ideas, but i'm kinda afraid of this. Because you own the domain, when the sites starts earning something, or has many users, you can just take me out of. It has happened once to me.

what is the idea? i would never take anyone out of a project if i am partnerd with them, thats just durty.
