WTD: Very cheap and reliable host

Looking to host my domain name co.uk so I can use it as email.....

Totally for personal website and personal email.

No large bandwidth required...will use to host some personal pictures only to share with friends etc!

I want sumthing like pay once and host forever or sumthing very cheap like 10 quids/year?

Anyone know some good and reliable hosts around???

please no new hosts as they disappear so quickly!
