You can host the board on any host that supports PHP and put the MySQL database on http://www.freesql.org

i have tried puttin freesql database but if i were to use their databases, i will always get a too much connecion error msg:
Warning: Too many connections in /usr/home/r/x/rxneo/public_html/cgi-bin/forum/admin/db_mysql.php on line 38
There seems to have been a slight problem with the database. Please try again by pressing the refresh button in your browser.

Yeah, got that one too. Seems that this service is popular. They might need to change the max connections!
