Spamming

So if I was to post a link like :

"Oh man there is this wicked funny flash on www.whatever.com"

Would you consider it spamming ?

http://freewebspace.net/forums/showthread.php?threadid=52640 is a good example of when it isn't. Cause it is a cool video. Spamming is when you post a referral link within the url, it is an advertisement (not in the Ad's forum), or is a double post.

If you find a cool game, website, video, etc.. It isn't spamming. As long as there is no referral id.

It's also spamming if the site belongs to you and stand to gain something from it.
