4) Domain Transfer is $7.95.
5) It depends if you want to pay yearly or monthly, if monthly + domain transfer, then the price would be: $6.95 for the first month, then $2.98 for the recurring months (11), after the 11 months, the price will be $5.95/month for hosting + $8.95/year for the domain. If you want to pay yearly, then the hosting + Domain transfer, then the price would be: $28.98 for the first year, and $50 for the recurring years (excluding domain price = $8.95).
