I am looking for a pc camera that I can use to conference internationally. Let me know what I should be looking for, and what are some good buys from good companies less than $100.

Hmm... try http://www.dalco.com and get the LOGITECH QUICKCAM VC USB under Camaras. It costs $73, there is also a cheaper one the Quickcam Express that costs $45. They have the best quality.
