My site is going to be Nintendo related, news portal and forum.
I need:
10mb+ space
1gb+bandwidth
PHP
mySQL

I will do text or button links, but no banners, popups, or forum posting. I would appreciate your help.

I do require clients to remain active in the forums, and place 1 google ad on their index page , and a text link but that is all.

No banners or popups is definately doable.

No forum posting however is another story. Most of the quality providers these days tend to want you to participate in their respective communitites. We at Lifelesspeople.com are no exception. ;)

you could try deluxnetwork, php/100mb/ftp, there is no mysql

however if you browse thru the forum theres a few people offering MySQL DB's
