Popunder progs for Non US webmasters?

lastactionhero, what country are you from, in particular?

I ask because almost all popup/popunder programs are available to non-US publishers. I'm based in Australia, and am a member of the ExitFuel, PopupTraffic, GoClick, FastClick, BlueFishNetwork, Focalex and StickyCash pop* programs - so I know that each of these accepts select 'international' publishers.

I'am from India, lot's of programs explicitly state in their TOS that people from my country are not allowed to join, because of the hight incidence of fraud from my country. I sometimes wish I could personally execute these fraudsters who make life horrible for the other 99% of the honest webmasters.

In Todays Condtions Webmasters prior Giving Sponsership Looks after These Things.

1.The Country Of Webmaster Belongs because in todays world Advertisers Are Trying to target the segmented market to maximize their revenue.

2.Frauds Are Being There And Will Remain But An Efficient adcompany systems are today fraud proof so this might be not a big factor.Biggest Example.....cj.com they accept affilates allover world but if u tried to click on your banners for more than 4 times ,u are termnated that moment only

Ok so popunder programs are available to non US webmasters. But are there absolutely any popup/popbehind programs for nonenglish sites?

I'd imagine that many of the non-English ad networks would support popup options. Those that don't probably have yet to feel the sting of the declining banner market (since many foreign markets remain stronger than the US).

Since I only speak English (+ a little Spanish), I've never analyzed these firms in detail, so I suggest that you investigate whether or not the country of interest has any strong online ad networks, and then check out their product line.

Czar I have been looking myself out of curiosity. I see no one specifically offering popbehinds to publishers in languages other than english.

There are many adnetworks for foreign languages but many are cpc or whose reputation is unknown.
American adnetworks sell foreign language internet ads too, like valueclick, advertising.com and doubleclick.


But do any specialize in popbehinds or have them routinely available?

I do see some spanish language terms bidded for on goto and findwhat, but those pay per click engines don't specifically allow foreign language traffic for their pay per search programs either I don't believe.

There are a lot of nonenglish webmasters so what resources for ad network research do they use. I can't find any good ones. Are there any is the question for any nonenglish language?

Frankly Speaking You May Find Sposers For Your Non English Site But In Current Conditions where English Sposers Also Are Giving Such Less CPM Or CPC Rates Because Of This Global Recssion It Is Really Tough To Find One Non English Sponser Giving good Rates up
