Yes, I interview every person that shares my server. That way I know there will be nothing funny going on (usually) and you don't lose your host because they were shut down fom spam or other rules violations.

In need of msn???

Grr, I am at the computer of my parents and (although I am 16) I am not allowed to have either msn or aim. So no host for me... :( (a long time looking for a good host for my site called Frost Flowers)

BTW, it is a very great name, Frostyhost.com.
