What I would like...
-500MB WebSpace
-5GB/month transfer
-cgi/php
-up to 10 subdomains
-up to 10 mySQL databases
-up to 10 pop3 email addresses
-cPanel (version X preferred)
-ability to use multiple ftp accounts
-99%> uptime

Other two quick concerns is that at a later date webspace and bandwidth could be increased to something closed to 700MB and 8GB/month.

I would prefer a host that has been around for at least half a year, but if you think you have a good offer give me a shout back.
