I really like the design, but it would look better if you removed some of the glow effects they clutter up the design.

Site is too wide for 800x600. I hate side scrolling.

And yes, those ='s suck. I dont know if those lightto dark grey backgrounds are suppose to be static, but when they scroll with the text, it kind of look stupid.
