Free-paid hosting (if I can do this Please read)

I was just wondering if anyone would be willing to host me under a "trial" type of deal. I wont be using hardly any badwidth or space at first.

Once I start to use more and more space and BW, I would be expecting to pay.

I would be looking for open space/BW as I'm not sure how much I would really be using. I don't believe it would be too much with in the first 6 months even. its untested waters for me.

Anyhow I would be looking for a trial type deal for say...3-6monts then payments no more than say $7.77 a month or so....or can work around a price too.

I need CGI/Perl/PHP/MySQL/Cpanel/etc..... All the goodies

The pages arn't built yet, and a domain name isn't bought yet.

So there is time before I need this, but sooner the better! Let me know what you guys can offer me, and am wanting to work deals out.
