Looking for a new host

The reason why I'm looking for a new host is becuase my other host, Chromehost, had one of their servers TOTALLY crash. They had to do a full reformat and everything. Lucky for me I backed it up before they did the reformat.

Anyway, here's what I want:

cPanel
MySQL (doesnt matter how many)
PHP
CGI
ImageMagick
40 and above webspace
No ads, or if that's not possible, only a 88x31 button or textlink only

You could give frostyhost (http://www.frostyhost.com) and clubhost (http://www.clubhost.us) but I am unsure about ImageMagick on both of em

i already applied to Frostyhost, but they never sent anything back. I jsut signed up at Club Host

But domain names are really cheap now a days...godaddy offer for $6.95 per year...

If yuo are investing your time why not just invest such small amount a own a domain.
