I think they don't pay...
I'm waiting for my check for 1 month and they have no contact information on their site.

- also the whois info seems where strange,
- they don't answer mails.

and all their offers are from Cj.com or Reporting.net

I'm not sure about the company's handling of their in-house affiliate program, but they used to house an affiliate progran at CJ, which was cancelled due to market conditions. (read: financial troubles for Mailsweeps)

Their sales representatives are respected people in Adult Bussines! Those people are running Join4Free Affiliate program! That program paid me on time every two weeks for about 7 months now and I made with them thousands of dollars 'till now! The Join4Free program is owned and operated by Web Entertainment Group (www.weginc.com)!
So far, so good! :)
I do not know what kind of program is MailSweeps, but I can guarantee for the quality of their team! I also enrolled with them, but I have not reached yet the minimum for me to get paid!
