Anyone knows any good search engines link that i can go to to submit my site on it and it'll my site will show up each times they type the "keys words"

likes if my key wors is "viet sandiego" then when people search for "viet sandiego" my site vietsandiego.net will show up.

If you had "viet sandiego" as part of your content, Google should pick it up pretty quick. Also exchange links with some sites and have them place your text link like this viet sandiego (www.whatevertheurlis.com)

Yeah, or you can signup for Google Adwords or something, but that will cost money. Your best bet is to exchange links which has similiar content as yours, so yoiu can get more pagerank.
