What does your server have - PHP, MySQL etc?

It has PHP and MySQL. It has the same features as a paid packages. The only thing you don't get is SSH. I said in the offer that you get 50 MySQL databases and PHP.

I just need the template. So it can be coded in html and i also want the .psd file for it. No fancy scripting needed.
