I am preparing to launch a new web site and software product and I'd like your feedback. The website is http://www.myfilesafe.com.

The software let's you store information on your web space as long as you have FTP access. I'm hoping that it would be a good add-on product for free webspace providers.

The information you can store includes favorites, passwords, contacts, calendar, email, and general files. The contacts/calendar and mail integrate with outlook.

Is the web site easy to navigate / understand ?
Does the web site adequately describe the product?
Are there any potential marketing partnerships with web hosts?
Etc.

Thanks

Testing in Opera with a 256K connection from Australia, 800x600 resolution.

6 seconds for the page to visually load.

Your site seems very much a template, hence lacks any real personality. You'll most probably want to make the layout of content for your plan description cleaner and easier to read - consider a nice table :)

Possibly choose a template that isn't so harsh if it ends the page early, or smoothen the current one out somehow.

It also appears you've over compressed some of your layout image a bit too much, which mentality wise doesn't project a clearness.

I'm not too keen on this one, sorry.
