FTP & Frontpage

ok i'm hoping this is in the right place and that i'm not gonna sound too daft asking it so here goes ..

i'm looking for an FTP client that will let me design my website on Frontpage and then load it up using the FTP .. the only problem is i'm new to FTP and i also have to have one that works with windows XP which i have heard some have difficulties with..

so please can someone recommend what i need to do

ok i've answered the can you make a site on frontpage and then load it using an FTP client on my own ..

but can someone please suggest a fairly easy to use and good FTP client/server
