Pay per sale

I know there are sites out there such as www.leadhound.com where you only have to pay once you make a sale.

However, they have a setup fee of $150 and a minimum deposit of $200...

Are there any cheaper alternatives to the pay-per-sale system?

www.shareasale.com has a $150 setup fee, but only a $50 min deposit... i don't think there are that many better options but keep looking, or do get people to do it privatly...i'm doing one for someone right now for there hosting site...
