Need Free Hosting for Small Page

Hello,
I have a small simple page I do for my neighborhood called powayportals.com It is currently only 2MB. I want to get a free web hosting since If I pay for it then it comes out of my pocket. I want something at least 10MB if not larger just in case the page grows. I would like to also be able to offer free E-mail using the domain to my neighbors. I will be willing to use webmail but would rather free pop boxes. I am willing to have banners on the site just so long as i can assue they are clean since there are children going to this site. most places will offer at least 10MB of space but will put a banner on your page just goto

for email you should check out http://www.namezero.com they will give you a domain name for free (they own the name but let you use it) and it comes with free email forwarding

Only problem with that is that I can not have my domain at two different servers so I would need the hosting and the E-mail to be done by the same company. unless I pont it but I do not want to point to a subdomain because then it just defeats the whole domain name thing ya know?
