Quick Bandwidth Question (SpacePorts)

Does anyone know if SpacePorts counts transfering through your FTP account on your 20GB limit? For example, if I uploaded a 10 meg file for school cause it wouldn't fit on a floppy disk, and then downloaded it at school through FTP (cause I get better kbytes/sec. through FTP) does that count off my 20GBs?

Thanks. Cause I've been using my SP ftp to transfer things from here to school lately and I don't want my site to shut down beacuse of it :).
