Need Help

I am a beginner with a website at freewebs. They have become very unreliable. What I'm looking for is a free web host with templates that I can try before I pay. All I want is a place that will let me have my banners for my affiliate programs .I've tried a lot of places- bravenet, Yahoo, etc., but they are too complicated for me.
