Good low priced web hosting

hey all, was wondering what would be a good low priced web hosting to suit my needs. my band is about to go pro and needs a website. these are my needs

at least 200mb space (more though probably for mp3's video clips etc)
ftp access for dreamweaver
decent amount of bandwidth
at least 5 email addresses
an actual domain name
no ads/popups anything like that whatsoever please
and looking to spend 5.00 or less a month or a yearly plan equivalent or less, this can but does not have to include for the domain.
any added features are great, i saw some hosting on here for like 30 a year, what we need is something reliable, stable and at least fast enough not to annoy the people who visit. any ideas would be greatly appreciated. thanks
