Co-branded freehosting suppliers?

I found a few sites that offered co-branded free hosting, and thought it would be a great addition to my existing paid hosting service. Anyone know of more sites like these?

-must be free to end-users (no sense getting a rival to my own hosting)
-advertising inventory (meaning i can put ads on user pages as well)
-preferably free to me as well, but this isn't really a must

If you own your own host, why don't you just host users on your server. Give some small accounts to some people, it will work better than offering a co-branded solution. Users don't like them.
