...has just sent me a newsletter. :D
Is this the first time ever or is it just me that has missed out?

Thought the following would be of common interest.

f2s Freewebspace - Latest News
------------------------------
The worlds premier free web hosting service f2s.com has continued to
grow at a staggering pace. We are very pleased to inform that stability
over the past few months has significantly improved - this includes
database performance and management information. We are committed to
making f2s.com simply the best email and web hosting experience possible.

New for June will be the launch of our online file manager and backup
manager. These will allow you to manage your website content through
the freedom2surf members area and perhaps this is a world first: manage
your fully automated weekly online backups as well!

Ya, I just got one, but didn't read it. It's getting better?

Once I uploaded a page, it takes two days for the new pages to show up. Hope they have improved this.

F2S Network news dated 14/05/2001 (dd/mm/yyyy) :)

We are very pleased to announce that the free and experimental webservers have now joined the rest of the freedom2surf network under the 24x7x365 network monitoring and recovery team. This should help the increasing number of global people who use this service across different timezones to the UK.

=^_^= Hime-chan never has that problem ... at least, she didn't have it after she finally realized that she wasn't reloading the pages properly. :) Freedom to Surf (for some reason I wanted to write 'serve' ... I think I need professional help) tought me how to use 'hard reload'

:o

A hard reload is CTRL/SHIFT(?)+[Click on reload]

Shift is for Netscape I think, and Ctrl is for IE (I'm sure there).

You can do F5 instead of clicking on reload, too... I must admit that I don't like combined keyboard/mouse shortcuts.

Make all your page .shtml (even if they don't include SSI) ... and changes will be instant ;)

Usually, the aforementioned hard reload will do - they are a bit strange that way, but most of the time, the pages are already there and updated, you just have them cached.
