View Full Version : I've been wondering for years...
How the hell do you turn off anti-alias for the line tool in photoshop? (I've got version 8/CS)
[ADD]
BTW, I googled it and scanned down for two pages, but all I saw was "click the anti-alias checkbox" ... unfortunately, I have never seen/found that checkbox for the line tool, so....
So nobody uses photoshop here? Or nobody knows?

its no longer a checkbox, but more like a menu...
in that screenshot it is set to 'Sharp', to turn off font anti-aliasing, select 'None'

what a waste of a reply. had you taken the time to ready what he was saying, you'd see that we was asking about lines not text.

Right...........! Now why didn't I think of that?
All right, I give up. I guess I'll just have to do some deep googling.
Or I am sure there are some gfx sites out there that this is all these sort of people do. Just try one of their forums

I'm using 7.0 and that isn't an option.

I'm using 7.0 and that isn't an option. It is if you are using "fill pixels" as opposed to "shape layers".
