I use the FTP program in Zipgenius (http://www.zipgenius.it).
Check it out. Its great freeware! :-)

WS_FTP LE or PRO and SmartFTP works for me.

Just dont go for CuteFTP. Ive never used it but heard it doesnt compare to the other FTP programs.

man i wish you luck i have tried many of them and well CuteFTP is the best. But it stopped working the computer that gets internet (on it right now) in my house is bugged with like 15 viruses. But after trying and trying i just decided to use www.net2ftp.com it is easy, fast, and online (no downloading) It helps when I have free time at school and need to get new HTML and IMAGE files uploaded. Hope i helped!

if u are willing to pay definatly go for CuteFTP they are great!
