If webpages, websites or documents related to illegal activities are placed on ipdf.togetherhost webspace, their account may be terminated without notice. If a request is made by law enforcement officers and/or any Government body and/or person(s) whom request such information with a reason ipdf.togetherhost sees a valid reason for the release of the information, for any of the customer's information, which is, but not limited to, any information ipdf.togetherhost may hold about the customer and/or client, such as IP address, telephone numbers, full name and address. ipdf.togetherhost reserves the right to submit this information to the authorities and/or third-party person(s).
SPAM and/or unsolicited electronic mail is strictly forbidden on all services on our network. Any user found to be sending SPAM and/or unsolicited electronic e-mail will be immediately terminated without notice, without liability and/or refunds(This is Free, no Refunds lol). ipdf.togetherhost is not liable for SPAM and/or unsolicited electronic mail sent out by its clients. If a user is found to be deliberately sending SPAM and/or unsolicited electronic mail through the ipdf.togetherhost services, a fine of United States $100 per incident will be imposed on the user.
Account termination and/or cancellation
The service provided by ipdf.togetherhost may be cancelled by the customer at any time without cause. Ipdf.togetherhost reserves the right to cancel any customer's account without notice, for any such reason it may find, with no liability being held to ipdf.togetherhost. Users whom break any part of this agreement may have their service terminated by ipdf.togetherhost.
Network Uptime
Network Uptime is the total time in a calendar month that the ipdf.togetherhost service is available through the Internet, provided that the Client has established connectivity. Ipdf.togetherhost takes absolutely no responsibility of Network availability within its network, and cannot be held liable for upstream problems, downtime or site unavailability.
Liability
ipdf.togetherhost will not be held liable for any loss, including but not limited to, financial loss, emotional loss, et cetera, incurred by the customer.
