pop up ads are normal but since the beginning of these yr i think(maybe earlier), there were some kind of special pop ups and mosts of the ppl are using now. when the small window pop up, the title have nothing except a '-' and once it pop, it is very very very hard to close! that really irritates mi and worst still, this little window pops other ads out and makes my comp laggy!!! are u guyz always getting this too?

Just right click on it on the task bar and click close
or left click on it and press alt+F4

these pop ups are special! neither can u right click close nor can u alt+f4 to close :mad:

Those pop-ups are the worst. The only way to close them is by ctrl+alt+del and ending the task. That closed all IE windows though. I wish advertisers would realize that they would probably be more successful if they didn't go out of their way to be annoying.

everytime when there were too much of these special windows, i will juz alt+ctrl+del and closes all ie windows.

Pop up banners are proving to have a higher clickthrough rate than normal banners. Because so many people simply ignore banners, ad companies had to come up with something else to get our attention and as usual they followed the blueprints of adult sites that have been using pop ups for years. They suck but until something more annoying comes our way they're here to stay.

Ha ha ha....yeah, I deserve them. But I hate it when they spawn one every 10 milliseconds. So all of sudden the screen fills with cascading pop ups. Those are annoying. Even CTRL-ALT-DEL, then close the program, doesn't work. It pops up more when you do that. Or the ones that have it set to lose focus, then get it again like every millisecond. That is friggin annoying, cause all you can do is reboot. But pop ups on normal pages compared to those ain't bad at all. As long as each pop up doesn't spawn another...

I surf warez last time but i have stopped surfing them and will never surf them anymore because they are always containing porn! Those pop ups they show are also porn! Everytime they say wat friendly surfing are all bull----! They are not friendly at all! :mad:
