Ok, as far as I know, from their terms and conditions, you need toe 18 to sign up - but is there a way that they would know that I'm not 18, that I'm only 17?

Also, it's hard to tell - does the premier/business account cost per month or anything?

I don't think they really check. I have seen 13-14 year old with their own paypal accounts.

I think you are supposed to be, but it is a matter of hitting yes to that question. I don't condone that though. Can't you just wait one year.

premier/business accounts are free, but you have to pay to receive payments

Just a lil curious....do you have to DEFINATELY put in your whole home address etc.?

Oh just give it to them, thousands of other people had and paypal didn't bomb them. You won't get a bank account added and confirmed without a whole home address etc.
I am under 18 and have a paypal account, but it's in my dad's name.

I have a PayPal account and im 17. Its a premium account in my name connected to my bank's USD$ account. No problems what so ever.
