I want to sell software (developed by myself!) over the internet.
I also want to start an affiliates programm (pay per sale).

How can I start such a programm and how high are the fees that companies like cj.com charge?

dnaxx, I would personally suggest that you go with ClickBank, rather than CJ for this.

ClickBank specialize in digital goods, and can provide everything from the affiliate-program back-end, to credit card processing, hosting and licensing of the software, etc. I'm not sure what their exact fee structure is, but you should certainly check them out before proceeding much further:
