The fee for domain registration, transfer, or renewal is $6.49* per domain, per year.
* Texas residents add 8.25% sales tax (a total of $7.03 a year per domain.)
Please note: when you transfer a domain to us it is renewed for an additional year.
So.... does the sales tax apply to people living outside Texas?

Because the State of Texas charges sales tax! LOL! You're lucky, man ... at least for now.

The sale tax only applies to texas because that is where the company is located and if a Texas citizen buys a product from a Texas company, they have to pay state tax.

On the Internet, you (should) only have to pay sales tax if the company you are buying from is located in the same state (or other tax locality) that you are in.
Okay, understood. Thanks!
