Tested in IE6 56k modem 800x600. Graphics a little slow to load. Might be nice if the menu links changed colour when the mouse is passed over them. Slightly too wide for 800x600. I'm not a fan of embedded fromaes as the user has to juggle scrollbars to see it all. I'd be inclined not to use underlined text as it looks like a link which can be confusing. Otherwise, a nice design. Good luck with it.
