I've tried to sign up a couple of times but get "Internal Server Error".
Another thing - do they mind inactive accounts?

Ya they have their sign-up page chmodded wrong. Anyways
I would not sign up with them
They are not really free unless you pick a 18+ site and you have to put on porn banners (header and footer). For the sites for all ages the only package is premium(paid) no banners but you pay for bandwidht. The second you get any money on your account you have 14 days or you'll be shut off.

1. Spam and referral links are not allowed. You can not promote your own website here. And you're not allowed to post a URL where you get money or some type of compensation by referring others. It is however ok to post your website URL in your profile and/or in your signature.

There are not many free domain hosts, banners or no banners.;)
I don't know, but they have been up for discussion before and others have a good experience. Also I think you are referring to the "affiliate" thing.
So back to my questions. Anyone knows if this is a temporary problem and if they mind inactive accounts?

They said sign-ups are turned off right now. And they don't really mind inactive accounts.

Thanks! I'll try later on then. I 'm planning on getting a couple of free domains for later use and it's more fun to host them than to park them. ;)
