I sent them an email about my expiring domain, and this is what they replied:
Thank you for your inquiry. Your domain name will be released after it
has expired. According to the Global Registry rules, (which we have no
control over) the name cannot be released for approximately 3 months
after expiry.
You are free to register it at that time. Unfortunately, we cannot
guarantee that you will get the domain name you request. At the time you
register, the name may be available, but there are many people
registering for domain names all over the world. By the time your
request reaches the master domain name database, your domain selection
may have been registered elsewhere.
Thank you for using the Namezero Service!
Best Regards,
The Namezero Team
So I guess they prolly won't hold your domain, and you'll be able to register it someplace else after 3 months of expiry!
