I WOULD LIKE TO HAVE A FORUM LIKE E-GROUPS (YAHOO GROUPS), LIKE THE MESSAGE CAN BE READ ON THE WEBSITE AS WELL AS WE CAN SEND IT TO ALL MEMBERS.

IS SUCH SCRIPTS AVAILABLE ANYWHERE OR SUCH SERVICE I CAN AVAIL IN THEIR WEB OR ADD IN MY WEBSITE?

I believe it meeds your needs. I get a mailing list and can go to the site to look at messages as well.

I think that there are some message boards that have a subscribe option, so that people can just get them in their email, you could try that way, as far as having it hosted on your site.
