under 10$/mo RM host?

A friend of mine is setting up a site that has some 30sec movies. I advised him to take a Real Server. So this is what I need:

100MB of space
8 GB of transfer
Real Server
less then 10$/mo

westhost.com is probably the best you will get if you want to do real audio/video streams via a realserver. westhost will let you use their realserver, but you can only transfer 1000megs a month from it. their cheapest package is $8.95/mo.
