i asked around too and came to the conclusion that i was fine with www.net2ftp.com
it is a great service and i can use it anywhere not just on my computer. Hope you like it too!

Just about any ftp program is good. Just stay away from the free version of cuteftp. I hear bad things about that program.

try file zilla at http://filezilla.sourceforge.net/
I use it and it is excellent since the installation doesn't require the use of registry, so you install it only once on a logical partition and use it even after u reinstall windows.
