if you have fantastico it will do it for you. Try http://free.idleserv.net/ They offer phpBB automatic creation.

oh, and you can not download it (whatever you mean by that) and it is Free they place a banner at the top of the page. Only phpBB automatic forum creation i know of.

Nope, but like someone else said if your host has cPanel with Fantastico then you are all set.

Fantastico is a script installer. I have it with my host. I dont know where its homepage is but i am sure you have to pay for it let me keep looking.
