Computer Company needs Hosting!

Hello. I am starting a computer company website (will be running osCommerce, ect). Here is what I am looking for:
500+ MB Space
10+ GB Space
PHP/MySQL
CPanel
Atleast 50 ftp, subdomain, and email accounts

I dont want to spead more than $10.00 a month on this. Also ,I would prefer a company who has been around for more than 1-2 years, because I have had bad luck with newer hosting sites.

He wants to get the lowest cost possible, free if he can, but if he cant get it for free he is willing to pay. :)

As for FREE hosting though, can't help you too much there. We do have
FREE accounts at Clubhost FREE Hosting but they are for personal
non-commercial use only and we usually don't make any exceptions
on that. Most of the other FREE providers are setup similiar. Your
best bet is probably going to be paid hosting ... if for no other reason
than you want something reliable if the site is for your business.

Actually, AMZ Web Hosting offers the exact same thing for $1.50 per month.
It's called the "PLUTO" account. It's still available for signup but
considered obsolete and not shown on the plan compare page because
nobody really wants anything that small these days.
