how can i run pop3 server for mail on my PC??
and smpt?
is there somethig build for WINDOWS?

I think if you have IIS you can run a mail system on your PC. Try that. I dont have a good knowlege on how to configure the pop3 and smtp servers but search it on google and u might find something. :)
