I don't know about you guys, but i keep hearing that during the teenage years, you have on and off days, when you hate the world, and the world hates you..

or maybe thats just me... xD

anyway...

i found that physical exertion really makes me feel better.. i just had an hour of karate training, and another hour of swimming.. and now i feel really great..

so what do you guys do when you're feeling a bit off beat or down the dumps?

Well, I'm the type that forgets all things bad (and some not-so-bad things :p) after I wake up. What's past is past. If you did something I was really pissed off at yesterday, it's yesterday, not today, so we all get to start over.

For me it's either run a mile (haven't in a while because of a foot injury I had in Feb. My feet are fine now, but I'm a lazy bastard) or skate.

In the extremely rare occasion that I get upset over something, I just sleep it off.
